On July 28, I had a service for maintenance done on my hot water boiler. After the inspection Scott informed me that I had a cracked firewall, fill valve bad, and pump faulty. Also noted was the hot water tank with a bad down draft, which was causing melting on the tiles.
IF I HAD NOT HAD THIS INSPECTION DONE I DON’T WANT TO THINK WHAT MIGHT HAVE OCCURRED.
These inspections are so NECESSARY TO EVERY HOME OWNER.
Also Scott was extremely thorough with every explanation and courteous.
At this time I was shown different furnaces that would be suitable for heating our home along with an explanation of cost; what finance was available if needed. After discussion with my husband we decided on which one to have installed.
The very next day I phoned and set up time and date for installation. The furnace was installed along with the hot water tank on July 30, 2010.
I am writing this because the two service men (Scott and Brian) we exceptional installers. Upon arrival the rugs went down to protect my hardwood floors, shoe covers were worn (and I must tell you the quarters were extremely small area to work in) The work area was cleaned up like there was never a disturbance.
Also the professionalism of the secretarial staff with whom I spoke with during the set up time and finance inquiry. I believe their names were Noreen and Abbey.
We want you to know that we are very pleased with the quality of service your company provides. We sincerely appreciate your responsiveness and the way you conduct business. am so pleased with my dealing with your company. I needed an emergency service call on 12.31.08. Your employee, Scott, whom I had been serviced by before, was able to come and figure out why my furnace had failed. He explained things very carefully to me and gave me the option of purchasing a new furnace or repairing the existing one. He was very "low-key" and not high pressured at all. He made much sense in his explanations, so I decided to purchase a new furnace. Your company was able to install the new furnace the next business day. Brian and Chase arrive to install it. I had to leave for Pennsylvania that day. I know it was a very difficult job because the furnace is located in a suspended ceiling. I wondered, off and on, during the day, what I would come home to, and if I would even have heat. When I arrived home after 8:00 pm, the furnace was perfectly installed, and the basement left in perfect condition. Brian even left me a nice note carefully explaining things. You have a great company. Your people who answer the telephone are super nice. I even got a 'follow-up' telephone call. Best wishes for a real good 2009.
